Additional Content

Crown shape is sub-oval; crown size: 6.6mm (mesiodistal) and 9.0mm (buccolingual), mesiodistal diameter is certainly reduced by extensive interproximal wear.
Heavy wear on occlusal surface of crown; narrow band of enamel rings a 5.5mm by 5.4mm island of dentin exposure; pulp cavity is exposed in centre of crown. Extensive crown wear has obliterated most of interproximal facets, but medial and distal surfaces are clearly flattened by interproximal wear.
Wear pattern is comparable with wear pattern of NN 16, NN 33 and NN 31 - there is a possibility that all of these dental elements derive from a single individual.
Root is slightly compressed mesiodistally and has shallow grooves extending down both sides of root; it also angles strongly distally.
